Think Tank IGO invites authorized representatives of governments and public institutions to explore advisory cooperation or discuss the proposed intergovernmental framework. Each pathway has a distinct purpose and status.

Advisory engagement
A defined piece of independent advice with agreed scope, safeguards and responsibilities. The responsible institution retains all decisions.

Founding proposal dialogue
A separate state-to-state discussion about the draft charter and possible participation. This is not the same as requesting advice.
Institutional verification
Before any official discussion, Think Tank IGO will seek reasonable confirmation that the representative is authorized to speak for the institution concerned. No enquiry is presented publicly as state support or membership.
